Do Now: Access illuminate and complete the Elements, Compounds, and Mixtures Do Now. This will count for yesterday's homework grade
Today we will explore how the smallest chemical units of matter determine whether something is classified as an element, a compound, or a mixture.
Working with your Cohort you will complete the Classification of Matter Packet II. Mr. Keys will circulate the room to answer any questions you may have. Overall however you will be working independent today to arrive at how the smallest chemical units make the different types of matter
