DO NOW: Last week you read about Plate Tectonics and the Theory of Continental Drift.

Take this time to complete the review below.

Today we will be learning about different types of Rocks. Please drop your computer to a 45 while Mr. Keys reviews the information from yesterday. Make sure your HW is at the corner of your desk, Review the information yesterday quietly to yourself if you finish before the DO NOW before the rest of the class.

Step 2: Read the Rocks and Minerals Article and Answer the questions in google classroom

Step 3: Complete the Classifying Common Igneous Rocks Worksheet. You may work in partners for this portion of the activity
