Dominique Keys is the 7th grade Science Teacher at KIPP Impact. He is originally from Washington D.C. He attended Tennessee State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry and immediately continued his education to earn a Masters of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction. While attending TSU, Dominique worked as a tutor and substitute for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Dominique is excited to start his 3rd year at KIPP Impact  for the 2015-2016 school year. His beliefs and ideals about education strongly align with KIPP’s FIVE PILLARS and by entering the classroom he hopes to inspire, motivate, and engage his students to become lifelong learners and productive citizens.
Dominique enjoys traveling, playing sports, reading, mentoring, doing community service with his fraternity brothers and spending time with family and friends.
